Services

Psychosocial Assessment
The counseling process typically begins with an initial assessment, where the clinician gathers pertinent information about your mental health history, current concerns, and personal goals. This collaborative foundation establishes trust and ensures that the therapeutic relationship is aligned with the client’s needs.
-
Individual Therapy
Individual counseling is designed to provide a safe and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or the aftermath of trauma, services will help guide you toward healing and empowerment. During the session, we will determine what therapeutic modalities will best tailor your needs and develop a mutually agreed upon treatment plan to help you feel confident in the goals we will work on together.

Clinical Supervision
I am a board approved supervisor through the NV State Board of Examiners for Social Workers. My supervision emphasizes ethical decision-making, case conceptualization, and evidence-based interventions for anxiety and depression, tailored to each clinician’s goals. Sessions are practical and collaborative, with direct feedback, role-play, treatment planning, and help with complex clinical or ethical issues.
Telehealth-friendly scheduling fits busy practices. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to build confidence, reduce burnout, and improve client outcomes.
Insurance and payment options
I offer multiple payment methods, including cash pay and insurance. These options are provided to ensure clients can access services in a way that aligns with their clinical and financial needs.
